At Chelsea’s Cupboard, each item is thoughtfully embroidered and made to order just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

We kindly ask that you review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Personalized & Custom Items

All items that include names, initials, monograms, custom thread selections, or special design requests are considered final sale.

We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors entered at checkout
  • Incorrect size selections
  • Incorrect font or thread color selections
  • Changes of mind after production has begun

Items are embroidered exactly as submitted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After that time, production may have already begun inside our studio, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If There Is an Issue With Your Order

Your satisfaction truly matters to us. If there is a mistake due to an error on our end (such as incorrect personalization that does not match your order submission), please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
  • Your order number

If the error is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of:

  • The item
  • The shipping box
  • The shipping label

We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Personalized items
  • Custom design orders
  • Seasonal or limited-edition pieces
  • Final sale items

Sizing Responsibility

We encourage customers to review our Size Guide carefully before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing.
